5-Day Cross-Cultural STEAM Study Tour
Hong Kong International School · Grades 4-6 · ~15-20 Exchange Students
Program Background
Approximately 15-20 international exchange students, aged 10-12 (Grades 4-6). Students have shorter attention spans; traditional one-way lectures typically only hold attention for 10-15 minutes; they are active, open-minded, and value independence.
Tailored to student language proficiency, our bilingual approach balances language acquisition with cross-cultural communication, allowing students to switch naturally between languages in real contexts.
Adopting a "Half-Day School Immersion + Half-Day Off-Campus Exploration" model. Students are divided into 2 groups, approximately 8-10 per group, with 1 study tour instructor + 1 teaching assistant per group, ensuring small-group immersive experiences. Daily 13:00 Yungu pickup → 17:00/17:30 dinner.
Core Educational Philosophy
Program delivery follows a "Hands-On Practice + Mission-Driven" approach. Students complete authentic cultural experiences through hands-on participation in a safe, controlled, and engaging environment — learning by doing.
